Delivery

All prices include Post & Packaging (within mainland UK) and are delivered via 1st Class Royal mail within 1 to 4 working days.

We can offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. All items are sent Special Delivery and will be with you before 1pm the next working day. For next working day deliveries please order before 3pm. Premium for this service is £4.95.

For deliveries outside of mainland UK please contact us direct for a quote.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery simply return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange.

We do advise when returning an item you get proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for a returned item lost in the post.
